The laundry soap does a fantastic job of cleaning our clothes (even our rough-and-tumble boy who is hard on clothes). The smell is pleasant and clean and not overpowering/harsh like big name detergent brands. I feel good about using this to launder everything for my household. Highly recommend!
These dryer balls work so well to eliminate static in my laundry without using toxic, smelly dryer sheets. I'll never go back! My old dryer balls got destroyed when I missed a crayon my child left in their pocket and I had to wait several days while I ordered more. I noticed a big difference when I didn't have them in my dryer loads.
Product is great but prefer the convenience of direction on bag and not having to go to computer to find out how to use.
Never heard of not putting directions on package.
